Prior to his Super Trofeo career, Lee earned Rookie of the Year honors in 2012 in the Pirelli World Challenge driving a Chevrolet Camaro with Bondurant and Best IT backing, finishing runner‑up in the championship. Over his multi‑discipline career—including Trans Am, GT4 America, IMSA Continental Challenge, and more—he has amassed over 11 career wins, about 36 podiums, and more than a dozen pole positions.
Rise to Lamborghini Super Trofeo
Lee joined Flying Lizard Motorsports for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series alongside co‑driver Slade Stewart. The pair entered the Pro‑Am category in 2023, marking a new chapter in Lee’s endurance‑style career focusing on coaching and refined racecraft.
2023 Season – Establishing the Partnership
In the 2023 Pro‑Am season, Lee and Stewart competed in 12 races, scoring one podium and one pole. They finished 9th in the class championship with 31 points, setting the stage for a stronger push in 2024.
2024 Breakthrough – Class Podium and Pole
2024 was a milestone year. Over 12 Pro‑Am races, Lee and Stewart secured the Pro‑Am class championship win at WeatherTech Raceway and added another podium and two poles overall. They ended up third in the season standings with 83 points—becoming consistent front-runners thanks to Lee’s composure and Stewart’s spirited pace behind the wheel.
